Quality Housing Services Reports
We continuously monitor and compare our performance and costs with other landlords to make sure we offer our customers good value for money. We use an organisation called Quality Housing Services (QHS) to do this work.
They use a combinations of information from the following sources to make a jusdgement of the quality of the services we deliver to our residents:
- Customer opinion polling
- Secret shopper visits
- Test calls to our telephone hotlines
- Audits of our procedures and systems
