Every year we publish an annual performance reports for our customers, regulators and partners:

Each year we publish a Resident Business Plan based on the service improvements that our customers have identified.  This is in the form of a straighforward "you said - we did" publications:

Each year we commission independent research to compare our services, performance and costs with other landlords:

• CORE - Lettings database - This is an independent national information source that records information on the characteristics of new customers and the homes they rent and buy.
• TSA -Landlord Comparison - This is an independent information source that lets you compare our performance with other Landlords in your area.
