Resident Panels at Western Challenge
Resident panels meet quarterly to review our performance, discuss policy changes and consider progress against key objectives. Topics discussed range from how well we deal with abandoned vehicles and nuisance problems to landscape maintenance and major repairs with a range of issue in between.
Panel membership is open to any resident. There are three Resident Panels;
Western Challenge is keen to ensure that Resident Panels are representative of all residents i.e. general needs housing residents, sheltered housing residents, single parents, young people, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities and residents of leasehold and shared ownership homes.
