We have a range of sheltered accommodation across the region. This is rented accommodation with extra facilities to help elderly people lead independent lives. These may include a Sheltered Housing Officer, alarm call systems linked to 24 hour emergency call centres, community lounge. Homes to buy
Western Challenge also has homes specifically built for purchase by older people. These schemes are where you can buy the leasehold on the property. These homes also have emergency alarm systems where you can contact a 24 hour alarm call centre and some have on-site Sheltered Housing Officers.
