Renting a home from Western Challenge
Western Challenge has over 7000 homes to rent across the South of England. There are a number of ways that you can gain access to the Association’s housing stock. You can either;
- Apply direct to the Association
- Be nominated by the Local Authority or other nominating agency
- Apply under the moveUK (formerly HOMES) scheme if you are either a Local Authority or Housing Association tenant
- Apply to join a common housing needs register or choice based lettings scheme which is managed on behalf of the Association, other social landlords or the Local Authority
- Be nominated as a “Keyworker” for specific accommodation which has been developed for this purpose
