Western Challenge belongs to a number of common housing needs registers and choice based lettings schemes. These are managed by another organisation on our behalf. Applying directly to Western Challenge
Western Challenge also maintains its own waiting list for some of our properties. When you first contact us, we will ask you a few questions so that we can provide you with advice on the type of accommodation available and how best to apply.
When we speak with you we will make a quick assessment of your circumstances to see if we should send you an application form. On receipt of your completed application form we will undertake a further assessment of your circumstances. We will carry out this assessment within 5 working days and send you a written response within 7 working days.
