Reporting a case of anti-social behaviour
If you wish to report an incident of anti-social behaviour to us, this can be done in a number of ways. You can telephone our Help Line, email us, write to us or visit one of our offices in person.
When you report anti-social behaviour to Western Challenge you will be advised of the process involved in trying to resolve the problem and whether we can help or not.
Every reported case will be recorded and assessed to determine whether it constitutes anti-social behaviour. The frequency and severity of incidents, their effect on you and your neighbours and other contributory factors such as the construction of the building will be considered. The intentions of the person carrying out the behaviour will also be taken into account as well as any disability or support needs that they may have.
After the initial assessment, all reports of anti-social behaviour will be given a Priority Category. This will determine the timescale for response and the sort of action we may take. These are described in our leaflet on anti-social behaviour avalable on the right of this page.
You may request a review of a decision at any stage of the process if you are not satisfied with a decision or action taken.
