Medium-term Group Strategies
The Medium Term Group Strategies contained within the Spectrum Corporate Plan (2009-2014) have been reviewed by the Group Executive Team and the Group Board to ensure they remain relevant and 'fit for purpose'.
These Strategies provide the strategic framework upon which the Corporate Plan is based and as such it is vital that they are reviewed and updated to reflect changes both in the external operating environment and internally within the structure and business of the Group.
No major omissions or additions to these strategies were identified as part of this process with the exception of reducing the target of net efficiency gains (4.1) from £11.6 million to £10 million. This amendment was proposed and agreed by the Group Board in light of the latest financial business plan and latest projections. Some minor updates/changes to individual actions and milestones have also been made.
